One of the most frequently asked questions we receive at each live course is “how do you program your boxing fitness sessions?”
Well, you now have access to what you wanted to know!
With a subscription to the Box ‘N Burn Academy trainer program, you will have monthly access to pre-programmed workouts for you to use in your private boxing fitness sessions. Every workouts is personally programmed for you by Tony, Kevan & Glenn.
Our programmed boxing fitness workouts come from years of boxing, training & personal 1-1 training experience. Each workout is designed to add maximum value to your training sessions and give you the tools necessary to implement the skills you learned from the Academy courses to achieve success with your clients.
How does it work?
Once subscribed you will receive x1 workout card per week (x4 per month) directly to your inbox.
Each workout can be then accessed in your trainer account on boxnburnacademy.com website where you will be able to see the workout with accompanying instructional videos.
What do I get?
A weekly workout with videos all nicely programmed into challenging workouts for you to put into practice, consisting of:
